| 摘 要： | 20世纪60年代前期,为了整顿干部中滋生的资产阶级思想作风,打击新生的资产阶级分子,中国共产党在全国机关、企事业单位开展了一场反对贪污盗窃、反对投机倒把、反对铺张浪费、反对分散主义、反对官僚主义的运动。根据中央精神,江苏省有步骤地开展了"五反"运动:进行阶级教育、领导干部"洗澡下楼"、反对贪污盗窃与投机倒把、复查与划阶级。"五反"运动有一定的消极作用,但是远低于它在密切干群关系与改善干部作风、改进管理体制与发展国民经济、打击犯罪活动与维护社会秩序等方面产生的积极作用。究其原因,与"五反"中制定的一些正确和比较正确的政策,并且不断地纠正偏差,从而减轻运动所造成的危害有关。
