大学生“村官”选聘机制研究

摘    要:大学生村官的选聘工作由省、市和地方的组织人事部门承担,由于各地对村官工作重视程度不同,导致各地的村官选聘工作效果存在差异。目前,村官选聘工作存在地方自主性不够,不能达到双向选择;选聘的方式和标准不利于真正有意愿当村官的大学生入选等问题。因此,必须重视村官选聘工作,配置、配备适当的机构和人员,建立标准、规范的程序,扩大选聘范围,建立健全大学生村官选聘机制。
