| 摘 要： | 目前我国正处在改革攻坚的关键时期,社会矛盾明显增多。构建社会主义和谐社会需要正确处理人民内部矛盾,准确把握当前我国人民内部矛盾存在的总根源及其本质。在全面推进改革的总体思路和落实以人为本的基本理念指导下,创新社会管理方式以解决存在的矛盾和问题。
