| 摘 要： | 人类的进步、文明的推进、各个国家的综合实力，要靠科技，靠人才，核心应该是创新，而教育创新能力的提高是深化教育改革、全面推进素质教育、造就高素质人才的基石。创新能力的培养很重要，应努力增强教师的创新意识，提升创新能力，推动教育事业的发展。

| Abstract: | The progress of human beings,advancement of civilization and comprehensive strength of different countries depend chiefly on not only science and technology but also talented personnel,in which innovation plays a cardinal role.The improvement of innovative competence in education is the cornerstone of deepening educational reform,promoting quality education in an all-round way and cultivating highly qualified talents.Since cultivation of innovative ability is of great importance,efforts should be made to increase teachers' innovative awareness,enhance their innovative ability and promote the development of education. |
