| 摘 要： | 六西格玛虽然为企业管理提供了有利的工具,但在实施过程中存在了诸多的不足,将TRIZ理论注入到六西格玛进程中有效的改善了其存在的问题。本文首先阐述了用TRIZ理论改进六西格玛的必要性,综述了六西格玛和TRIZ理论的相关概念,分析了六西格玛实施过程中遇到的瓶颈,在此基础上提出了如何利用TRIZ理论来修正六西格玛。

| Abstract: | As we know,Six Sigma provides favorite tools for the business management,but there are many disadvantages in the process of implementation.So in order to overcome these shortages,we must put TRIZ into the process of Six Sigma.This article first expounds the necessary of using TRIZ to enhance Six Sigma,and summarize the related concepts of Six Sigma and TRIZ.Then,we analysis the bottlenecks which exist in Six Sigma.On these bases,we present a theory how to improve Six Sigma with TRIZ. |
