| 摘 要： | 由社会矛盾引起的冲突,具有两种不同的性质,即对抗性冲突与非对抗性冲突.解决对抗性冲突的模式是"对抗",解决非对抗性冲突的模式是"协同".运用这两种模式的最终目标,都是为了消除冲突,实现和谐相处.和谐也有两种不同的性质,一种是建立在强制与屈从基础上的和谐,它存在于阶级对抗的社会,只能以"对抗"来实现;另一种是建立在公平和正义基础上的和谐,它存在于无阶级对抗的社会,必须用"协同"来实现.社会主义社会的和谐是后一种和谐,是广大人民所追求的理想,它要求我们学会以"协同"的模式,化解矛盾和冲突.

| Abstract: | Conflicts caused by the social contradictions have two distinct natures,that is,antagonistic conflicts and non-antagonistic conflicts,but the former can only be solved through "confrontation",while the latter through "coordination".Elimination of conflicts and realization of harmonious existence are the ultimate purpose of the two modes.Harmony also has two different natures;the first one is based on coercion and resignation and exists in a society of class confrontation,therefore,harmony can be achieved through confrontation;the other one is based on equity and justice,and exists in a society of non-class confrontation,so it must be achieved through coordination.Harmony in the socialist society is the latter one,an ideal that the people seek for,which requires us to resolve contradictions and conflicts through "coordination". |
