| Abstract: | A phenomenon called "absence" has long appeared among university graduates.Many university leaders and teachers not only fool it a "headache",but also have no way out.This text scientifically analyzes the causes and harms of its appearances,and proposes some tactics to prevent this phenomenon,expecting to have some enlightenments for the education work in the university. |
