| 摘 要： | 朱元璋草创时期广泛地任用文官参与军事,因为文官更有战略意识,更忠诚,不乏将才。文官参与军事使朱元璋有了正确的发展战略,改善了军队作风,加强了军队控制,巩固了根据地。在当时用文官参与军事是朱元璋独有的治军之道。

| Abstract: | Before the empire was set up,Zhu Yuan-zhang widely appointed officials to take part in military affairs,as comparing to the officers,officials were more strategize,faithful,furthermore,some of them had talent for leading army.This appointment enabled Zhu Yuan-zhang to get right military strategies,better his armies'behavior,beefed up the control of his armies and base area.In those days,that was Zhu Yuan-zhang's unique way to rule army. |
