| 摘 要： | 教育评价是高校质量文化建设的价值导向，对高校质量观的形成和质量行为的产生起着重要的引导作用。在新时代教育评价改革背景下，高校质量文化建设应立足大学使命，从被动接收外部评价转化为主动拓展内部自发自觉的质量文化，从宏观的外部评价、中观的学校自评价和微观的师生评价三个层面探索高校质量文化建设的新路径。

| Abstract: | Education evaluation is the value orientation of the university quality culture construction, and it plays an important guiding role in the formation of the quality outlook and the occurrence of quality behaviors in universities. Under the background of the reform of education evaluation in the new era, the construction of university quality culture should be based on the mission of the university. University should transform from passively receiving external evaluations to actively expanding the internal spontaneous and conscious quality culture. A new path of construction of the university quality culture should be explored from three levels of macro-level external evaluation, meso-level school self-evaluation, and micro-level evaluation of teachers and students. |
