| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代的发展改变了标准信息服务的需求环境和运行条件,标准信息服务面临着全新的机遇和挑战.如何把握机遇、应对挑战,实现标准信息服务模式的创新已经成为标准信息机构生存和发展的基本需求.文章分析了知识经济时代标准信息服务面临的机遇和挑战,在此基础上总结了知识经济时代标准信息服务应具备的特征,最后结合深圳市标准技术研究院及国内外标准信息服务机构的实践,提出了标准信息服务模式的创新思路.
