| 摘 要： | 运用SWOT分析法,对社会转型期中国职工体育发展中存在的优势(Strength)、劣势(Weakness)、发展机遇(Opportunity)及威胁因素(Threat)进行了较为全面的分析,揭示了职工体育发展存在的主要问题,并提出进一步开展职工体育的策略.
