| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代，知识发挥着越来越重要的作用，实践证明隐性知识更是一种重要的知识资源。如何将隐性知识转化为可以共享的显性知识，为企业和个人服务，是当前研究的热点。本文提出了一种基于本体的隐性知识转化模型，给出了一个“手机设计原理的本体知识库”，实验证明本方法可以提高隐性知识转换速度，具有潜在的市场价值。

| Abstract: | Knowledge is playing an increasingly important role in the era of knowledge-based economy. The practice proves that tacit knowledge is more important knowledge resources. How to transform tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge to serve the enterprise and individual is a hotspot for discussion today. In this paper, a model used to transform tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge based on Ontology is presented, an Ontology-based knowledge database for the design of mobile phones is given. The experiment proves that this method can accelerate the speed of tacit knowledge transformation and has potential marketing value. |
