| Abstract: | The law-based ruling pushes forward the moral construction through f our links by which it goes. The more perfect and developed the law-based ruling is, the greater its effect on moral construction is. Therefore, the law-based ruling should be developed in all respects urgently and play a proper role in pu shing the moral construction. |
