| 摘 要： | 目前创新创业人才匮乏已成为制约我国经济发展的因素之一。近年来，山东商业职业技术学院深入研究创新创业人才培养模式，校企合作共同开发课程，构建了适合创新创业人才培养的课程体系，实施教学做一体化教学方法，加大教师创新创业能力的培养，打造了一支高水平的“双师素质”教学团队，在创新创业人才培养方面成效显著。

| Abstract: | The lack of innovation and entrepreneurship talents has become a factor that restricts economic development of China. In recent years, Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology has been studying person- nel training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship. School and enterprise have developed courses together and constructed course system for innovation and entrepreneurship talents. We implement the integrated teaching meth- od of teaching learning and doing. We build a high - level team of teachers by training the teacher＇s innovation abil- ity. We have achieved some success on training of Innovation and Entrepreneurship talents. |
