| 摘 要： | 模拟法庭审判中的辩论有三个维度:时效、事实、法律关系。辩论存在于两个阶段:法庭调查和法庭辩论。辩论的目的与主题有:查明事实、适用法律。亲历辩论实践,有利于学生自主建构法律知识与技能,生成法律思维。

| Abstract: | There are three dimensions which come from the debate in mock court ： aging,facts and legal relationship.Debate exists in two phases： the investigation and court debates t.there are twofold on the purpose and the subject of the debate： to ascertain the facts,applicable law.Experiencing the debate on the practice of debate is conducive for student to construct legal knowledge and skills and to produce legal thinking. |
