摘    要:随着世界养虾业迅猛发展,常规虾类养殖方式对环境污染和虾类产品的质量与安全性隐患已成为影响人类健康的焦点问题,为此,有机生产方式已经成为国际上的研究热点。从有机养殖场选址、苗种选育、养殖关键技术控制、饵料选择和病害防治等5个方面对有机虾养殖进行了探讨,以期发展中国有机虾养殖,推动经济的发展,增强我国对虾国际市场的竞争能力。

Abstract:With the rapid development of world's shrimp aquaculture,the quality of conventional aquatic products has been increasingly declining owing to environmental pollution and abuse of aquaculture drugs.As a sustainable developing model,organic producing is aiming at food safety and environmental protection.It is the developing direction and trend of aquiculture in the 21st century of the world.The connotation and the principles of organic shrimp aquaculture were elaborated from the perspective of choosing of aquacultural grounds,selection of fry,aquatics management,diet series,drugs and so on.Some suggestions were brought forward in order to accelerate the world's organic shrimp aquaculture.
