| Abstract: | Humanism in ruling by law is the requirement from its connotation. Only by exploring the essence of law regulation based on the morality of the judiciaries and participants in social management, can we reach the aim. The contents of humanism are beneficial to the revelation of its connotation and the building up of order. |
