| 摘 要： | 课堂教学有其价值追求,不同的价值取向,实现不同的培养目标。成长课堂是尊重人生命的课堂,是关注人发展的课堂,是师生共同成长的课堂,也是促进文化发展的课堂。成长课堂的建构是对传统课堂的扬弃,是对现代课堂的超越。在构建过程中,需要尊重人的生命成长规律,尊重人的自然学习规律,尊重人的教育发展规律。
