| 摘 要： | 21世纪是知识爆炸的时代，也是信息爆炸的时代。高校学报编辑作为信息的传播者，应该具备现代信息意识，掌握现代信息技术，使学报所承载的科技信息、学术成果发挥最大限度的经济效益和社会效益。
