| 摘 要： | 国库集中支付制度改革是目前国家财政管理改革的重要组成部分,是国家建立和完善现代财政国库管理体系的必要保证,它对财政部门提高财政资金的调度和管理能力,提高对财政资金收支全过程的监督和管理能力具有重要意义。高校作为主要的预算单位,在工作中应不断完善支付制度,挖掘其潜在的科学模式,创新国库集中支付制度的管理方法,重构高校内部控制制度。
