| 摘 要： | 基础教育改革要求教师进行角色转换,以适应新课程的教学.教师在未来的教学角色是学者、研究员和导师.教师主要通过三个途径完成角色的转换:一是以自我转换角色;二是强化职业的专业化;三是各种形式的培训.同时,评价机制成为影响教师角色转换的重要因素.

| Abstract: | New Curriculum of our teaching requires a transformation of teachers role in elementary education.Teacher of expectance shall be a scholar,a researcher and a supervisor at the same time.Such a transformation of teachers role can be obtained by self change,strengthening specialization of teaching,and a variety of forms of training. |
