| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对徐州市区老年人参加体育锻炼的现状进行调查,对影响老年人体育锻炼的因素进行了较为全面的、客观的分析.为进一步推进全民健身计划的实施,培养老年人健康的生活方式,实现对老年人体育锻炼的有效管理、指导和决策,提供了一定的参考.

| Abstract: | Based on data gathered from questionnaires, documentary references with the elderly taking exercises, this article makes a detailed and objective analysis of the factors which affect their physical training. It helps to put forward the national exercise-taking movement and advocate healthy way of life and gives valuable suggestions for effective administration and policy-making in this field. |
