| 摘 要： | 高校工会档案管理工作是工会组织直接记述和反映工会工作，保存备查和各种文件材料的总称。它是体现工会组织发展的历史轨迹，反映工会组织自身形象和价值观追求，对进一步促进工会工作的发展具有十分重要的借鉴、参考价值。因此，必须加强工会档案管理工作，适应工会事业和信息化社会的发展，工会档案管理工作必须实现现代化。

| Abstract: | The archives management of the labour union in college directly record and reflect the work of labour union, keeping various materials and documents. It is a historic track of the development of labour union, reflects its image and value and has important reference role in promoting the development of labour union. Therefore, it is a must to strengthen the archives management of labour union and to modernize the management to adapt to the society. |
