| 摘 要： | 知识管理是一种管理思想。也是一种管理技术和方法。信息化时代要求教育机构实施知识管理，信息技术的发展则为其提供了强大的技术支持。在教育机构中建构一个知识管理技术系统。必须明确知识管理的目标、原则、流程框架及实施步骤等。此外。在实施过程中也应注意相关问题。

| Abstract: | Knowledge management is a kind of managing idea as well as a kind of managing technique and method. Informationalization requires the educational institutions to operate knowledge management while the development of information technology provides strong technological support for it. When the technology system of knowledge management is constituted in the educational institutions, we should make clear the aims, principles, processing structure and procedures of knowledge management. In addition, the paper also discusses some relevant problems in the processing. |
