海西发展视角下台资企业劳动关系探讨

摘    要:海西经济加速发展的同时,台资企业的劳动争议案件也日益增多。福建省台资企业员工对台资企业不满的因素主要有四点:成本控制严、工资待遇不高;看不起大陆员工、人文关怀少;管理严苛、等级森严;劳动强度大、经常加班。通过对这四点原因进行分析,从劳动关系的三方入手,探讨改善台资企业劳动关系的对策,为海西经济发展奠定和谐的社会基础。

Abstract:With increasingly fast development of Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone, the number of labor disputes in Taiwanese investment enterprises also increases. Four main factors have been mentioned as most dissatisfied factors by employees in Taiwanese investment enterprises. Those include incredibly strict control of cost and low wage level, looking down upon employees from mainland China and the lack of humane care, extremely stringent management and rigid hierarchy, and high intensity of labor and constant overtime. By analyzing those factors, this paper tries to discuss countermeasures, which should be carried out by the tripartite parities of labor relations, to improve labor relations in Taiwanese investment enterprises, so as to lay a harmonious social basis for the development of Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone.
