| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代以来,全球非营利组织蓬勃发展。随着市场经济的深化与发展,我国的非营利组织也纷纷通过不同的途径和方式建立和发展起来,并在社会各项事务中作用显著。探讨了现阶段我国政府与非营利组织之间存在的关系现状及形成良性合作的重要性与必然性,在和谐社会的内涵和特征下阐明我国更要加强政府与非营利组织的合作与互动。
