| 摘 要： | 笔从我国高校发展高科技产业的内外因分析入手，说明了高校立足自身的条件和优势，自主创办科技企业的历史必然性及其实质意义。并透过对该平台 功能与发展模式的比较分析，阐述了现阶段高校科技企业功能与模式创新， 对于加快大学科技成果转化进程，实现高校科技企业超常规发展所产生的重大影响与作用。在此基础上，进一步提出了我校科技产业的发展模式与产业方向，论述了其集团化运作模式及管理上的特点。
