| 摘 要： | 流通部是图书馆核心部门,承担着借阅与收藏的职能,它直接面对读者,是图书馆精神文明的核心环节。然而随着现代管理理念的转变,流通管理工作在诸多方面已经无法适应现实的需要。本文将在分析流通服务质量因素的基础上,提出相应的意见和建议,以更好地发挥流通部门在图书馆和读者之间的纽带作用。

| Abstract: | The Circulation is the core department of the library and it undertakes the lending and collection functions.It faces readers directly,so it is the core aspect of the library’s spiritual civilization.With the advancement of modern technology and management philosophy change,library circulation management has been unable to adapt to real needs in many aspects.This paper will analyze the quality factors basis of the library circulation management and give opinions and suggestions so that the library circulation management can be the link and play the role well between libraries and readers. |
