| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷法、逻辑分析、数理统计等方法,从参加体育锻炼的基本情况、参与原因、喜爱的项目等几个方面较全面地了解了河北省师范类高校学生参与体育活动的现状,找出了其中存在的问题,重点指出了当前学生参与体育活动过程中存在的误区,并提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The quo state of the physical training from students in normal schools in Hebei province was explored from basic situation,reasons for doing sports training and loved sports using methodologies of literature,questionnaire,logical analysis and statistics.The author found out the deficiency,pointed out the misunderstandings in the physical training among students,and gave advice. |
