| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、实际调查法及结合教学的实际经验 ,对目前中小学的体育管理现状进行了研究。研究结果表明 :由于传统的学校体育微观管理造成职、责、权、利不分 ,体育教师的工作积极性较低 ,教育教学的效果不理想。笔者认为 ,为了更好地贯彻执行新的基础课程改革 ,加强学校体育微观管理势在必行
