| Abstract: | Boosting up the dependent and innovative ability is one of the main stratagems of building innovative nation even in developed countries, which improves the regulation of economic construction and enhances the integrative national power. The author emphasizes that the core of the kind of ability is on technogical innovation and the productivity transformed from technological fruits in order to compose powerful competition advantages in the world. |
