| 摘 要： | 从积极策划到亲自编撰,蔡元培是中国第一套现代意义教科书的倡导者与参与者,从教育方针到学制系统,蔡元培是共和民主教科书的思想引领者与制度奠基者. 从"言丈画一"到国语研究会,蔡元培是中国白话文教科书的大力推行者与有效贯彻者. 从"国化教科书"运动到"大学丛书"的出版,蔡元培先生是中国最早中文大学教科书的倡导者与实践者. 蔡元培以其强烈的历史感和高瞻远瞩的自觉意识,在中西文化交流大潮中审时度势,极大地推动了现代教科书发展的历史进程,为我国教科书现代化做出了不可磨灭的贡献.
