我国教师专业化:历程、问题与发展

摘    要:教师职业历史经历了从兼职到专职再到专业的发展历程,在世界教师专业化浪潮的驱动下,我国开始大幅度提高教师职业的社会地位,促进教师专业的发展。目前,在推进我国教师专业发展过程中还存在一系列问题,具体表现为专业技能本位的教师专业化认识误区、学科课程本位的教师职前培养困境、学历晋级本位的教师职后培训的形式化偏向。为综合解决教师专业化发展中的问题,促进教师专业发展的进程,除了进行教师教育的改革以外,还需要确立教师的"精神导师"的角色意识,促使教师成为专业发展的主体,并以行政权力向专业权利的让渡为教师专业发展提供制度保障。

Abstract:The teacher as an occupation has experienced a developing course from the part-time job,full-time job to the specialization,and driven by the world's teachers' specialization there has been a great improvement in the teachers' social status and teacher's specialization. At present,there still exist a lot of problems in the development of teachers' specialization,such as the misunderstanding of teachers' specialization in terms of the professional skill standard; the training problems before teachers' formal work in terms of the course curriculum standard; the trend of teachers' advanced training after working. In order to resolve the problems,we need to emphasize teachers' role as the spirit tutor,make the teachers to be the main body in the specialization,and provide the institutional guarantee by changing the administrative authority into the professional authority.
