| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化使大学毕业生的就业矛盾日益突出。高校就业教育可以从大众教育与精英教育相结合,选修课设置与社会需要相结合,学生综合素质培养和就业指导相结合,拓宽就业门路与社会保障相结合等各个层面出发,提高学生的竞争力、就业力、职业素质,以增强社会的稳定因素,确保社会生活的动态平衡。

| Abstract: | The popularization of higher education leads to a rapid increase in the number of college graduates by hundreds of thousands each year,but employment opportunities do not increase correspondingly,resulting in more and more obvious contradictions between the number of graduates and the employment opportunities.Therefore,the departments conducting employment education in institutions of higher learning should combine mass education with elite education,provide selective courses based on social demands,improve students' overall quality and give them employment guidance,and guide them to expand their employment opportunities and look for social security in order to improve their competitive ability,capability and professional quality and finally to enhance social stability and ensure dynamic equilibrium of social life. |
