| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、实地调查法、访谈法以及逻辑分析等方法，阐述了武术的休闲功能，并从武术的健身休闲、竞赛休闲、表演休闲、旅游休闲4个方面的功能论述了武术休闲体系的建构。提出了武术休闲的路径选择：深化武术健身文化，简化武术健身套路；武术竞赛“两手抓”，进一步推动武术竞赛市场化；打造武术表演品牌优势，拓展经营品种；合理利用地域武术资源，开发地域武术文化旅游。

| Abstract: | Through the literature material method, field survey method, interview method and logical analysis method, Wushu leisure function is elaborated, the construction of Wushu leisure system is elaborated from 4 aspects of martial arts fitness leisure, competition leisure, performance leisure, tourism leisure. The path selection of Wushu Leisure is proposed： deepening Wushu culture, simplifying martial arts fitness routine; Wushu competition ＂with two hands＂, further promoting the marketization of Wushu contest; building brand advantage, expanding business varieties ; rational use of regional Wushu resources, development of regional Wushu culture tourism. |
