| 摘 要： | 在目的论的翻译理论视角下，从法律英语的特征出发，展示法律英语作为一种特殊用途的英语，其专业性和行业性决定了目的论对法律英语翻译的理论指导作用。对目的原则、连贯原则和忠实规则在法律英语翻译过程中的使用，以举例的方法进行阐释和说明，以期探索更适合法律英语翻译的有效翻译途径。

| Abstract: | The thesis firstly analyzes teleology, and then briefly explains the characteristics of legal language from the lexical and syntactic levels to clearly prove that legal language is a special, practical and professional language. With examples and the further-detailed explanation on the application of teleology to legal language translation, the thesis proves that teleology can be the guiding translation theory on the legal language translation, with aim to discovery the more effective and proper translation strategy on legal language. |
