摘    要:为满足经济社会发展对应用型创新人才的不断需求,以皖西学院“仿生传感与检测技术省级科技平台”为依托,有机地将应用型人才实践培养与教学团队建设、实践教育平台建设、科学研究和产学研合作紧密结合,构建了以“基础性实验、专业综合性实验和研究性创新实验”3个实践教育模块为主体的4年不断线应用型本科实践教育新模式.通过采取开放式教学、教学—科研企业相结合等多种灵活的教学方式,有效地利用了校内外各种实践教育资源,将学生实践教育内容直接和科学前沿的最新课题研究及生产实践过程相结合,提高了学生的创新实践能力,取得了较好的人才培养效果,使省级科技平台在创新性人才培养实践中发挥了重要作用.这种培养模式的构建和实践,为校内外其他理工科专业的本科生实践教育模式的进一步完善和人才培养质量的提高提供了有价值的参考和启迪.

Construction and Practice of the Practical Education Model of Applied Undergraduate Based on Provincial Scientific Research Platform

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of the applied innovative talents by the economy and society, we combined applied undergraduate practice education closely with teaching teams construction, practice education platform construction, scientific research and production study and research based on "provincial scientific research platform of biomimetic sensor and detecting technology", and construct a three-level practical education model of applied undergraduate, including "basic experiment, comprehensive experiment and research experiment", in four years without interval. We used the practice education resources internal and external effectively by adopting various flexible teaching methods, such as open type teaching and teaching-research lausiness teaching, which could combine the practice education content directly with the latest scientific research and production practice. This practice education model improved the practical ability of students; and obtained good training effect of applied undergraduate talent. This practice education model provides a useful experience and re{erenee for improving the quality of the undergraduate practice education model of other science and engineering majors in other disciplines and outside the university.
