皖南地区茶园土壤硒与茶叶硒的相关性及其影响因素研究

摘    要:通过对皖南歙县、黟县、休宁、祁门等地有代表性茶园进行采样分析,研究了茶园土壤硒与茶叶硒的相关性及理化性质等因素对茶叶硒富集的影响.结果表明:皖南茶园土壤硒(全硒)与茶叶硒(全硒)呈正相关,随着土壤硒含量的增加,茶叶硒含量也有明显的增加.土壤有机质、全氮、磷、钾及pH值等均对茶叶硒富集存在明显的影响,即茶树对土壤硒的吸收利用率有着重要的影响.本研究结果可为天然富硒茶叶的开发和皖南富硒土壤资源的利用提供一定的科学依据与参考意见.

The Correlation of Selenium between Soil and Tea and Its Influencing Factors in Southern Anhui

Abstract:Based on analysis representative tea samples collected from Shexian, Yixian, Xiunlng and Mlmen m :~oumern ~nnm. The correlation of Selenium in the garden soil and the tea was studied, and the influence of soil's physical and chemical properties on selenium enrichment was researched. The results showed that in southern Anhui, the tea garden soil selenium (full selenium) was positively related with tea selenium (full selenium). Soil organic matter, TN, Available-P, Olsen-K content and pH had significant influence on the selenium enrichment. This study could provide scientific basis and reference for the development of natural selenium-rich tea and the use of selenium-rich soil resources in Southern Anhui.
