| 摘 要： | 针对Google数字图书馆计划所引发的各种矛盾冲突，从图书馆、版权、网络服务商、不同语种国家的文化冲击、数字图书馆建设五个方面综述各界人士的相关评议，并对此进行深入地剖析;提出应从法律、利益的均衡、资源共享的大趋势三个方面来分析决定Google数字图书馆计划未来发展的关键性因素，为尽快解决Google数字图书馆计划所引发的各种矛盾冲突建立新的知识传播平台，促进社会快速、健康发展建言献策。

| Abstract: | In the light of the contradictions and conflicts that created by Google digital library plan, the paper summarizes the relevance reviews of people who come from every different walks of life from 5 aspects: library, copyright, network service company, cultural shock of different language of country, digital library construction. After deeply analyzing these reviews, the author points out the crucial factors of the future development of Google digital library plan from the development trends of the law, the benefit balance and the resource sharing. So as to give advices for the resolving of the conflicts of Google confronts, the building of new knowledge dissemination platform, and the promoting the quickly and healthy development of society. |
