| 摘 要： | 高校质量文化是促进高校人才培养质量不断提升的最持久也是最深沉的力量。作为培养高素质技术技能人才主阵地的高职院校,要依据对职业教育的新认识,重构高职教育质量文化;要确立自身的新使命,主动适应国家战略,培养更多高素质劳动者和技术技能人才;要通过“1+X”证书制度等新实践,深化办学体制和育人机制改革;要通过推进职业教育标准化建设等举措,为高职院校质量文化建设提供新的保障;要正视高职教育质量文化研究成果中以思辨性主观想象为主的倾向,通过“职教20条”方案的建设理念和具体实践,促进理论研究与实践探索有机融合;要以高职院校人才培养能力提升为逻辑起点,探究质量文化的内涵及其价值取向并用以指导人才培养实践,有效推进高职教育内涵发展。

Contemporary Logic of Quality Culture Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges: Based on the Background of National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan |

| Abstract: | Quality culture in colleges and universities is the most lasting and deepest force to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities. As the main trainer of high-quality technical talents, higher vocational colleges should reconstruct the quality culture of higher vocational education based on the new understanding of vocational education;establish their own new mission, actively adapt to the national strategy, and train more high-quality workers and technical talents;and deepen the reform of school-running system and education mechanism through new practices such as "1+X" certificate system. New guarantee for quality culture construction in higher vocational colleges should be provided by promoting the standardization construction of vocational education;the tendency of critical thinking and subjective imagination in the research results of quality culture in higher vocational education should be faced squarely, and the construction concept and concrete practice of the Plan should be adopted to promote the organic integration of theoretical research and practical exploration. We should take the promotion of talent cultivation ability in higher vocational colleges as the logical starting point, explore the connotation and value orientation of quality culture and guide the practice of talent cultivation, and effectively promote the connotation development of higher vocational education. |
