| 摘 要： | 深化校企合作,有助于培养适应行业企业需要的人才,从而为促进经济社会发展和提高国家竞争力提供优质人才资源支撑。但由于传统教育行政管理偏重于单一的行政思维,使得职业学校的校企合作对利益相关者的识别和利益协调不够,对学生、政府、企业、学生家庭的利益主张关注不够。在校企合作中,存在学校和企业之间的组织冲突,学生与学校、企业的价值冲突。推动校企合作向深层次和高水平发展是一项系统工程,需要进行学校与企业的组织协调,学生个人与学校、企业的价值整合,促进政府与其他利益相关者之间的期望满足,形成校企命运共同体,从而推动合作的深入化和持久化。

| Abstract: | Deepening school-enterprise cooperation will help to cultivate talents to meet the needs of industry enterprises, thus providing high.quality talent resources for promoting economic and social development and improving national competitiveness. However, due to the emphasis of traditional educational administration on a single administrative thinking, the school-enterprise cooperation in vocational schools does not identify and coordinate the interests of stakeholders, and does not pay enough attention to the interests of students, government, enterprises and students' families. In school-enterprise cooperation, there are organizational conflicts between schools and enterprises, and value conflicts between students and schools and enterprises. It is a systematic project to promote the deep and high.level development of school.enterprise cooperation, which requires the organization and coordination between schools and enterprises, the value integration of students and schools and enterprises, the expectation satisfaction between the government and other stakeholders, and the formation of the fate community between schools and enterprises, so as to promote the deepening and persistence of cooperation. |
