| Abstract: | In this paper,based on the defect of the fractal coding in the wavelet domain, A new Zerotree and oriented subtree wavelet - based fractal image coding is presented. Arid the experimented results show that this method makes the speed faster, improves PSNR and compression ratios in a certain degree.So it is an effective image coding. |
