| 摘 要： | 本文对美国绩效工资实施的背景、政策演变、实施模式和方案实例进行了探究和描述,在此基础上从绩效工资与学生学业成就的关系,与教师薪酬水平、满意度、教师激励效果的关系,对学校及教育产生的影响等方面进行了分析,认为我国义务教育阶段教师绩效工资政策的实施可以从中汲取一些经验教训。
