摘    要:当前,我国高职院校进入“全面提升质量和加强内涵建设”的阶段,专业群建设不仅是加强内涵建设的一种有效途径,更是服务区域经济、对接区域产业集群的客观要求。文章从技术技能积累与社会服务能力的角度出发,针对高职院校专业群建设过程中存在的专业设置与产业发展方向脱节、专业设置结构不尽合理、就业质量不高和服务区域产业群能力不强等突出问题,以系统理论为基本指导,探讨高职院校通过专业群建设提高技术技能积累和社会服务能力的模式。

Abstract:At present,with China's higher vocational colleges entering the stage of"comprehensively improving quality and strengthening connotation construction",the construction of professional groups is not only an effective way to strengthen connotation construction,but also an objective requirement for serving regional economy and docking regional industrial clusters.From the perspective of technical skill accumulation and social service ability and in view of the prominent problems in the construction process of higher vocational colleges,such as the specialty setting divorced from the industry development direction,the unreasonable structure of specialty setting,the poor quality of employment and the weak capacity of industrial clusters in service areas etc.,this article,takes system theory as the basic guidanceto explore the mode of improving technical skill accumulation and social service ability through professional group construction in higher vocational colleges.
