摘    要:新经济需要新工科,立足新兴产业培养新工科人才离不开产教融合。文章从新工科对高校人才培养质量提出的新要求入手,深入分析了产教融合与新工科人才之间的内在逻辑关系,找准当前高等教育中不适应新经济发展的现实问题,提出了产教融合培育新工科人才的市场认可、合作共赢、深度融合三项原则,围绕紧密结合学科专业选准合作企业、遵循市场规律共建平台机制、创新思维改革现有人才培养方案、以生为本提升人才培养质量四个方面探索产教融合培育新工科人才的路径。

Abstract:New economy needs emerging engineering, and integration of production and teaching is essential for the cultivation of emerging engineering talents. The research starts from the new requirement of the emerging engineering for college talent cultivation. The internal logic between the integration of production and teaching and emerging engineering talents is deeply analyzed and the practical problem that higher education does not adapt to the new economy development is accurately identified. The three basic principles of market acceptance, win-win cooperation and deep integration are proposed for the cultivation of emerging engineering talents based on the integration of production and teaching. The path for the cultivation of emerging engineering talents based on the integration of production and teaching is constructed by precisely selecting cooperative enterprises for disciplines and majors, following the market rules to construct platforms and mechanisms, innovating and reforming the current talent cultivation programs and putting students first to improve the quality of the talent cultivation.
