| 摘 要： | 加强对新生代农民工的思想政治教育研究,使他们尽快融入城市生活,对促进社会的稳定与发展有着十分重要的意义。要解决新生代农民工的思想问题,须政府、社会、企业、社区和自身等方面的思想引导,帮助新生代农民工树立科学的世界观、人生观和价值观,提高他们的思想道德水平和政治文化素养。

| Abstract: | It has great significance, in promoting the social stability and development, to strengthen the ideological and political education of rural migrant workers and enable them to adapt to urban life as soon as possible. In order to deal with their worries and problems, the government, the society, their en- terprise and the community may offer ideological guidance and help them to establish a scientific world out- look, outlook on life and values, improving their ideological and moral standards and political and cultural qualities as well. |
