| 摘 要： | 随着珠三角国际会展业的发展,会展英语的重要性日益凸显。然而目前珠三角地区高职会展英语教学处于摸索阶段,其人才培养满足不了行业发展的需求,必须从开发教材、培养师资、创新教学模式、拓展实习及实训机会、加强学生的自主学习等方面来提高教学质量,以期培养出优秀的复合型会展英语人才,更好地服务并推动珠三角会展业的发展。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of international exhibition industry in Pearl River Delta, a great importance is attached to MICE English learning. While in the trial stage, MICE English teaching in voca- tional colleges in Pearl River Delta for training professionals can＇t meet the needs of this industry. This needs to be improved by developing textbooks, training teaching staff, cultivating creative teaching modes, providing students with more practice and fostering learner autonomy. It is expected to train more promis- ing interdisciplinary MICE professionals, contributing to and pushing the industry development in this re- gion. |
