| 摘 要： | 培育核心竞争力是促进高职院校可持续发展的关键。高职院校核心竞争力的培育，要坚持差异化、办学多元化、资源共享和内涵提升原则。要根据市场需求调整专业设置与布局，立足自身的客观实际明确发展定位，以服务社会为导向彰显办学特色，确立经营理念提升管理效能和创新管理体制与运行机制，为核心竞争力培育营造和谐环境。
