| 摘 要： | 档案用户作为网络社会推动档案资源开发利用工作的动力源,其信息安全面临危机。本文从数字档案用户信息安全系统的相关内容出发,阐述了网络环境下档案用户信息安全研究对档案工作、档案安全体系建设和数字档案馆发展的重要性,并从信息收集、处理和利用环节阐明了数字档案用户信息安全的必要性;分析了数字档案用户信息安全保障系统的构建与模型;最后,从法制维度、技术维度、管理维度和意识维度等方面提出信息生态视域下数字档案用户信息安全系统构建措施。

| Abstract: | As the power source to promote the development and utilization of archival resources in the network society, the information security of archive users is facing crisis. Starting from the content of digital archive user information security system, this paper explains the importance of archive user information security research to archival work, archival security system and the development of digital archives under the network environment, analyzes the necessity of digital archives user information security and the construction and the model of digital archive user information security system. Finally, the paper puts forward the measures of digital archive users information security system construction in the view of information ecology from the dimension of the law, technology, management and consciousness. |
