| 摘 要： | 随着环境的变化与竞争的需要,企业的环境管理模式从以“管道末端管理”为核心的末端控制的环境管理模式转变为以循环经济为核心的全过程环境管理模式。本文分析了影响企业选择环境管理模式的主要因素：企业的外部环境、环境管理技术及环境管理态度,归纳了环境管理模式的演变过程,分析并总结了全过程环境管理模式区别于末端控制的环境管理模式的异质性特征, |

| Abstract: | The approach of the enterprise's environmental management has changed;the end control approach is replaced by the whole course approach.The base of the end control approach is the"end of pipe",and the base of the whole course approach is circular economy.The process and the key factorsof environmental management approach evolvement are analyzed.The characteristics of the whole course approach are indicated. |
